Dona Delicia Neela Wickramasinghe is a good singer and a musician. She was born in Wattala on 30th March 1950. She was infected with polio. In 1959 Visharada Neela Wickramasinghe recorded her first song for Radio Ceylon. She was a teacher at visakha Vidyalaya in Colombo when retired from teaching.
